Paradise MFG Inc. is committed to a policy of conformance to requirements for each function of the organization, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement while amending our requirements to adapt to the specific needs of our customers and ourselves.
Implementation of this policy makes it essential that each person within the organization be committed to performance exactly as required. It is also our goal to establish dynamic quality objectives to aid the employees of Paradise Mfg, Inc. to receive clarity within their job descriptions, and the tools and training to nourish a proactive and interdependent relationship within the company.
It is our basic operating intention to concentrate on preventative methods to make quality a way of life and perpetuate the attitude of delivering defect free products and services to our clients, on time, the first time.
