When Code of Honor is breached, everyone is responsible to "Call It"

• i. Code of Honor is useless if no one "Calls It" (it's not the bosses job to "Call It")
• ii. Correct the behavior not the person
• iii. Avoid the story (blame/justification)
• iv. Remind individual of agreement to adhere to Code of Honor
• v. Don't compromise the Code of Honor
